address the critical operation of your company’s
computer network.
Let Aims First
accept complete responsibility for the maintenance and
efficient and effective operation of your computer network.
For a simple, flat monthly fee, we will maintain and
administer your network. On a regularly scheduled basis,
we will perform regular preventative maintenance. We
will insure proper backup function and procedures, maintain
consistent connection to the internet and vital company
email, as well as any other function or service required
to keep your IT equipment up and running effectively.
We have three plans
to address this need, any of which can be flexible enough
to respond to the individual needs of our clients. They
are:
· The
Premier Plan – This
is a pro-active network management solution designed
to relieve our clients of their technology burden. Aims
First assumes total responsibility for the maintenance
and management of your network, all but eliminating
costly downtime. Our regularly scheduled visits keep
your network healthy and operational. Any and all service
required to maintain your network at peak efficiency,
including software upgrades, operating system migrations
and network growth, is included in this plan. It also
enables our clients to easily budget their IT costs
with a simple, flat monthly fee…and keep them
fixed throughout the year.
· The
Legacy Plan – Some
of our small and medium sized clients own older computer
equipment. This equipment, unlike today’s computers,
was simply not designed to last five years, or more.
Maintaining this hardware can be a real challenge. If
this is your scenario, our Legacy Plan is designed to
give you peace of mind and reduce your downtime costs.
Aims First inspects, optimizes, maintains and repairs
your legacy equipment through a hardware maintenance
contract. Being able to budget your IT maintenance and
repair costs through a simple, flat month fee contributes
directly to your bottom line.
· The
Upstart Plan – Clients
with small budgets depend on technology as much as our
clients with larger budgets. To respond to this need
as well, Aims First also offers a 15, 25 or 50 group
of “block hours”. These blocks of service
hours can be purchased at a discount from our usual
Time-and-Materials fees. By purchasing a block of service
hours, our clients eliminate the cost of our Trip Fee,
a standard charge of our Time-and-Materials fees, and
receive the same service response priority as our contract
clients. These block hours can be use by the client
in an as needed scenario until they are gone.
· Service
By Project – We
will not, of course, refuse to assist any of our clients
on a single problem, concern or project, from a failed
video card to a complete network OS migration. We offer
the experience and expertise necessary to complete your
project, quickly, efficiently and within our written
proposal.
